You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. vip13 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where that access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

All withdrawals from a vip13 Account are subject to the following conditions:

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that are obtained through legitimate means. Deposits originating from proceeds of criminal activity will be reported to relevant authorities and all associated funds will be frozen.

Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to real-money withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the stated validity period; any bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be removed from the Account automatically.
vip13 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain the same bonus, hedging bets to cover all outcomes during a bonus promotion, and any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine play. vip13 reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel any winnings derived from abusive bonus use without prior notice.
Bonuses are not available to players in Prohibited Jurisdictions, to players who have self-excluded from promotional offers via the Responsible Gaming tools, or to players whose Accounts are under a compliance review. vip13 reserv es the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
All bets placed on vip13 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slots, or any other game type. A wager is only considered accepted when a confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform. vip13 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including where a market has been suspended, where the odds were published in error, or where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or event manipulation.
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:
Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the Player's Account balance.
Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator betting) is available on selected football markets including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the Champions League. A minimum of three selections is required to constitute a valid mix parlay. If any single leg within a mix parlay is voided, that leg will be removed and the bet settled as a parlay with the remaining legs. Minimum odds per selection and minimum total odds thresholds apply and are displayed within the bet slip interface.
Live in-play markets are subject to rapid odds changes and periodic suspension during key match moments (goals, red cards, penalties). vip13 cannot guarantee the availability of any specific in-play market for the duration of an event. Bets placed during a market suspension will be automatically rejected and the stake returned to the Player's Account.
The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:
Fraud & AML Policy: vip13 maintains a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program. Any suspicious transaction patterns will be reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities. Accounts implicated in AML investigations will be suspended and funds frozen for the duration of any investigation, regardless of whether formal charges are filed.
